    PROCEDURES:

    1. - Seller sends FCO to the buyer.

    2. - B uyer Signs FCO and returns a copy by e-mail to the seller within 48 hours.

    3. - Seller prepares SPA and sends to the buyer for signing and returns to seller 24 hours

    for further proceedings.

    4. - Seller prepares a pro forma invoice and sends it to the buyer.

    5. - Buyer signs pro forma invoice and complies with the details of these documents.

    6. - Seller confirms the following:

    Receipt by the seller of RDLC after signing the contract RDLC to the seller within 48 hours.

    7. – Seller is responsible for inspection of quality and quantity of goods at the

    loading port.

    8. - Seller sends the original shipping documents to the buyer via email services.

    9. - Buyer receives the goods at the port of embarkation when the inspection is made,

    the quality and quantity of goods is confirmed by SGS +Bill of lading and remits the

    amount invoiced to the seller via T/T.

    10- Seller is responsible for insurance and freight charges.

    11- Upon the Seller receiving the RDLC he shall release the AQSIQ license number that has

    a validity date till the year 2029 /For Chinese Buyers
