SELECTION “D” PRICING FOR 5 MINIMUM TO 14 CONTAINERS C.I.F. BY SEA 21 DAYS.
1. - The seller sends FCO to the buyer.
2. - Buyer Signs FCO and returns a copy by e-mail to the seller within 48 hours.
3. - Seller prepares SPA and sends it to the buyer for signing and returns to seller 24 hours forfurthproceedingser prepares a pro forma invoice and sends it to the buyer.
4. - The buyer signs pro forma an invoice and complies with the details of these documents.
5. - Seller confirms the following:
Receipt by the seller of RDLC after signing the contract RDLC to the seller within 48 hours sell roller is responsible for inspection of quality and quantity of goods at the loading port.
- The seller sends the original shipping documents to the buyer via email services the goods at the port of embarkation when the inspection is made, the quality and quantity of goods is confirmed by SGS
+Bill of lading and remits the amount invoiced to the seller via T/T. 10-Seller is responsible for insurance and freight charges.
11- Upon the Seller receiving the RDL, C he shall release the AQSIQ license number that has a validity date till the year 2029 /For Chinese Buyers
